Experienced Server, Sushi experience is a plus.

Ability to manage conflict and difficult situations.
Proficiency in Excel and Word software.
Team player willing to cover cooking or serving positions in the restaurant as needed.
Serv-Safe certified and strong knowledge of food safety standards.
Ability to sell proactively.
Ability to understand and convey to others the differentiating factors about Hissho products.
Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner to Team Members, customers, and vendors.
Ability to meet customer service expectations and standards in all interactions with customers, vendors, and Team Members.
