Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) interact daily with new and existing medical supply customers to provide high quality service, in a Call Center environment. Minimum Qualifications : Excellent verbal communication skills – polite, friendly, helpful and courteous Detail oriented, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to follow through to the end. Strong listening skills Proficient and strong computer skills Displays professionalism and a positive attitude Ability to perform in a fast paced environment. Desire to help others Preferred Qualifications : 2 years customer service experience Knowledge of medical terminology Medicare and Medicaid background Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and supplemental benefits at 90 days 401K eligibility after (1) year of employment.
