Job Description

A Bookkeeper develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures. Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

 

An Accounting clerk will perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors. Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system. Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records. Work with adding machines, calculators, databases and bank accounts.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Min. education – High School
  • Min. experience 1+ years working in an accounting role
  • Salary offered  $14+
