Job Description

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) interact daily with new and existing medical supply customers to provide high quality service, in a Call Center environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills – polite, friendly, helpful and courteous
  • Detail oriented, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to follow through to the end.
  • Strong listening skills
  • Proficient and strong computer skills
  • Displays professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
  • Desire to help others

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years customer service experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Medicare and Medicaid background
  • Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience
