Job Description

To effectively produce pastry and specialty items for the bakery department, also to assist in the production, packaging, etc. of non pastry items within the department. To effectively direct and supervise all functions and activities of the department, including production of all department products in order to achieve the sales, gross profit, customer service and labor goals established for the department, on a per shift basis. Directs work flow in the department and coordinates activities involved with production, sale, merchandising and distribution of products offered in the department, on a per shift basis. Assists the Department Manager with all aspects of operations. All areas described are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have previous pastry experience
