Job Description

Duties include:

 

  • Calculate insurance premiums
  • Calculate rates for organization's products or services
  • Communicate verbally
  • Compute financial data
  • Conduct phone sales presentations
  • Determine customer needs
  • Evaluate degree of financial risk
  • Fill out business or government forms
  • Follow contract, property, or insurance laws
  • Interview customers
  • Obtain information from individuals
  • provide customer service
  • Sell insurance policies
  • Use computers to enter, access or retrieve data
  • Use interpersonal communication techniques
  • Use knowledge of written communication in sales work
  • Use telephone communication techniques
  •  
  • Salary base plus commission
  • Monday – Friday 9am-6pm

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Work Experience: Call Center or Telephone Sales is preferred
  • Certifications/Degree: N/A
