Assistant Manager Responsibilities
-Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment, following company guidelines
-Ensure fast and accurate service to the customers
-Day to day shift running
-Interviewing, hiring and disciplining employees
-Junior management development
Assistant Manager Qualifications
-Must be at least 18+ years
-Must pass a background check
-Must possess a valid driver’s license
-Must be available to work a variety of shifts
-Must have at least one year if restaurant management experience
-Strong leadership and organizational skills are a must
-Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting frequently along with lifting up to 50 lbs.
-Must be able to multi-task in a high energy environment
-Must have knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
