The Call Center Representative position is responsible for speaking with homeowners about their home improvement needs. The Call Center Representative will then give the customer information on our products as well as the company and then they will set-up an appointment for the customer to meet with a sales representative to receive a free estimate. This is a fantastic opportunity to get started within the company, be able to quickly succeed and grow within the company!
The schedule for this opportunity is a 5-6 day work week and the call center is open from Monday thru Sunday from 8am-11pm. Call Center Representatives earn up to $500-$1000+/week in this opportunity. $500 employee of the month and $500 employee referral bonus opportunities. Eligible for benefits after 90 days, company matching 401k, paid time off and paid holidays off are also offered.
