Job Description

A Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling phone-based and customer-facing responsibilities. Phone-based duties will primarily entail incoming and outgoing calls, various call campaigns, and reception calls.

This is a 4-6 month contract to hire position.

• Provide quality customer service
• Maintain understanding of our products, services, training opportunities, license and purchase terms
• Meet performance objectives in quality assurance and customer satisfaction surveys
• Provide timely follow-up on outstanding client issues
• Effectively communicate information regarding client issues to assist with resolution
• Display an understanding of the department’s operating environment and available resources
• Perform the Service Reception role by transferring calls and routing faxes throughout the company

• Call-handling soft skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Research and problem-solving skills
• Ability to self-manage and work as a contributing member of a call center team
• Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to quickly learn and master complex information
• Demonstrated service attitude and desire to help people

• College degree and one year of customer service or related experience (preferred), or a High School Diploma + 2 years of experience in relevant field

• Availability to work various shifts according to hours of operation (up to three late shifts per week)
