Job Description

EnvisionTEC, a global manufacturer of 3D printing equipment is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic customer service representative for its US headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan.  The customer service representative provides phone-based customer support for the service and repair of 3D-printing machines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming customer calls and emails regarding purchase, order status, billing, warranty, service and general customer inquiries
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every call
  • Coordinates the repair of equipment both return to manufacture and on-site service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all clients
  • Provide updates to clients on service progress, shipping and billing
  • Processes all RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • 2 years’ experience with a CRM system
  • 2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
