Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following job duties:

  • Ability to serve as a front-line/initial contact with all incoming calls.  Duties include, but are not limited to; answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service; including but not limited to crisis scenarios
  •  Have excellent organizational skills, proficient computer skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and customer service skills in a dynamic atmosphere which may include crisis scenarios
  • Demonstrate competency in crisis intervention techniques, lethality assessment, problem solving and recognizing indicator of presenting problems
  • The right candidate will provide their own reliable transportation to and from the office workplace/work related locations and to transport consumers, as needed, (without delay) in a HIPAA compliant environment, with/without advanced notice.
  • Understanding of our integrated health care services 
  •  All other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
