Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following job duties:

  • Manage front desk and lobby area at Dearborn location
  • Coordinate various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations at Dearborn location run smoothly at all times
  • Serve visitors by welcoming and directing them appropriately, and promptly notifying company personnel of the visitor’s arrival
  • Manage multi-line phone system, routing calls and messages as necessary, as well as maintaining a current directory of all Dearborn phone extensions
  • Maintain calendar of conference room bookings, ensuring conference room is clean and prepped for meetings

  • Coordinate annual preventative building maintenance inspections for Dearborn location

Qualifications: 

-High school diploma or GED required 

-Excellent customer service skills required

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Outlook preferred 

-Prior experience with front desk management, including use of multi-line phone system, preferred
