Production Assembler $14.75-$15.50

LOCATION Ann Arbor, MI - Extang

DESCRIPTION What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking assemblers to join us on our production teams. Open positions are available on day shift (6:00 am to 4:30 pm) or afternoon shift (4:30 pm to 3:00 am) Monday through Thursday. Applicants must be available to work overtime Friday – Sunday as needed.

Requirements
 Follow work instructions to assemble quality truck bed covers.

 Work in a fast pace, team environment.

 Repetitive use of hands and/or fingers with regular standing.

 Lift materials weighing up to 30lbs, being assisted by other team members when needed.

 Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met.

 Transport components and/or products to the next phases of the manufacturing process adhering to defined handling procedures.

 Work in a safe manner following established safety procedures. Ensure a clean and orderly work area.

        In light of the current pandemic situation, to protect all team members we require the ability to:

 Pass daily pandemic health screening protocols, which include responding to CDC, recommended personal health and activity related questions.

Follow pandemic safety protocols, which may include:

 Wearing of an approved face covering at all times

 Washing hands/use of hand sanitizer upon entry to facility and as needed throughout the day

 Cleaning/disinfecting of personal work area

 Maintaining social/physical distancing requirements (six feet from others) whenever possible  In some circumstances submitting to company paid required virus testing through approved medical provider

Education and Experience Requirements:
 High school diploma or GED preferred

 Manufacturing Experience a plus

 A work experience record demonstrating reliable and safe service to previous employers
