Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with customer representatives onsite, providing customer information about quality and logistics topics
  • Communication with plant quality team and with OEM customer onsite
  • Providing reports of part quality findings
  • Providing quality support in the plant and at customer support
  • Ability to produce, collect, understand and present data
  • Identifying and reviewing quality issues and potential root-cause analysis and make recommendations for improvements to upper management
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationship
  • Representing Webasto within customer facilities to address quality topics
  • Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment
  • Submit Customer liaison reports to the plant in daily and weekly basis.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of Automotive customer or quality liaison experience
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to travel when needed
