Skills:

  • Technical degree in engineering or vocational education + further expertise (e.g. Technician) + Additional training (Quality Management)
  • Min. 4 years experience in the area of Quality or Manufacturing
  • Strong leadership capabilities - Persuasive skills
  • Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and TS16949:2009 Requirements
  • Excellent Problem Solver
  • Familiar with Q-tools & methods (8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP)
  • Good knowledge and customer requirements & expectations
  • Assertiveness, diplomacy, moderation skills
  • High customer focus and drive
  • Experienced customer interfacing
  • Good analytical skills - 6 Sigma capabilities
  • Good and positive team player
  • Excellent communication skills - Good English
  • Computer literate - Good MS-Office
