Overview of Responsibilities: Supervises and coordinates MSGCU’s mortgage consultants including activities related to sales and origination in the department and within the branch network. Oversees mortgage loan origination, drives the sales pipeline, and ensures achievement of production metrics. Ensures financial objectives and strategic and institutional growth goals are met in accordance with MSGCU’s policies and state and federal government regulations, and in alignment with our desired member experience.
