Major responsibilities include completing hazardous material building surveys, lead based paint surveys, and completion of air monitoring for asbestos and lead. Coordinating with contractor and client schedules and supervising contractors during abatement activities. Collection of various environmental samples. Analyze samples in the field, data reduction, and report writing.
Ability to document work activities with handwritten notes. Daily travel to and from job site required, must provide own transportation to reporting location, company vehicle can be used from reporting location to job sites. No previous experience required, however, construction experience and/or previous experience desirable.
