Opportunity Overview

 Are you a business administration professional that loves building relationships across an organization? We are looking for an organized, people-person to fill the role of Account Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining and organizing data within the Salesforce CRM database, ensuring that all client information is complete and accurate. To be successful in this role, you will learn and understand the sales process, create relationships with key people across the organization, and collaborate with other departments to manage client accounts.

Responsibilities

  •  Assisting the Sale Team in the support and management of accounts
  • Communicating with prospects gathering information
  • Collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management, and clients on a regular basis
  • Process and track customer licensing agreements and orders and ensure accuracy in customer accounts
  • Communicate with customers to successfully obtain missing information
  • Process QuickBooks invoices
  • Oversee prospect/client incentive projects, including fulfillment
  • Manage lead assignments for SafeSend Returns Sales Team
  • Collaborating with a variety of different departments to better serve the clients' needs, such as the Client Success and User Services departments

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Sales Administration experience
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions on a daily basis
  • A people-person who enjoys engaging others, problem solving, and being a trusted resource
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence others over the phone, in virtual meetings, and in person
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the public accounting space or professional tax preparation preferred
