Job Description

Custom is seeking a Business Development Associate with 3-5+ years experience in either, Recruiting, Account Management or Business Development within the IT staffing industry. Of course we want someone who is ready to grind and help us grow our business, however, it is equally important we find someone who values our culture as much as we do.

We are currently working remotely, however, the position is located in our Novi, MI office and requires minimal travel (local travel to client sites) when allowed.

Qualified candidates are motivated, goal-oriented and results-focused with a proven track record of success. Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and manage new account relationships
  • Build and maintain active prospect account funnel
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and revenue quotas
  • Experience working in Profit/Loss center environment is a plus
  • Build rapport, trust and solid relationships with Client IT management. Excellent customer service attitude and skills are mandatory
  • Identify business opportunity and sell IT staff augmentation services
  • Ability to develop and execute account strategy to maximize focus and results
  • Excellent prospecting, networking, presentation, listening, communications (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
