Brighton, guest service is our #1 goal and we depend on our Lift Operators to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone. The position’s major responsibilities are interaction with guests, safe operation of chairlift equipment during day and/or night, and overseeing the safety of guests while they are around equipment.   AS A LIFT OPERATOR YOU WILL: Execute the safe, efficient and courteous loading and unloading of guests onto chairlifts and surface lifts. Greet and assist guests to make a positive impression and enhance the guest experience. Maintain lift ramp and snow removal. Operate machinery; contact Lift Maintenance if mechanical problems develop. Provide reports on daily lift machinery inspection logs. Organize traffic flow on lifts; may scan tickets.
